Hey Hey,

I "tied up" early today. So I decided to embark on another run.

Bank 1
$5 from the trays
skunk

Bank 2
NONE

Bank 3
$60 in CWR
skunk

Bank 4
$270 in CWR, $10.50 from the trays
skunk

Bank 5
$50 in CWR
1 - 40% 1776-1976

 (YAHTZEE!!)

I think the mintage of the 40% Silver/Clad Bicentenial is 4,000,000.

Bank 6
$.50 from the trays
skunk

Bank 7
$490 in CWR, $1.50 from the trays
skunk

Bank 8
$30 in CWR, $4 from the trays
skunk

Bank 9
$5 from the trays
skunk

Bank 10
$2 from the trays
skunk

Bank 11
$17.50 from the trays
1 - 40% 1966

Bank 12
$10 CWR, $5 from the trays
skunk

Even though I was mostly "skunked" today, it was still an enjoyable trip! As I always say: "Some silver is better then no silver!"

Off for the weekend. I'm planning to fill one more $1K deposit bag from bank hopping. After that, I'm going to order 4 boxes a week for a little while.

I'll post a photo later, as my camera died.

H$H!!

Don't let this post to be seen by jerks :laughing7:, they will surely complain that this hobby is not worth the effort nor the money.

Seriously, even though it was a rough day for you, I think 2 silvers are better than none. Awesome job on that bicentennial 40%er, I bet it has an S mintmark on it. Am I right?
Looking forward to see the pictures. Enjoy the hunt! It's out there, all hobbies have their ups and downs.

Every trip is worth the effort and the money! You can't find Silver if you don't look for it!

Slim pickens is A-OK with me. The next run is to some more rural towns. This week has been to the larger population centers. A solid roll or two of 90%'ers would be nice!

Why is it that whenever someone finds something, others tend to find one like it the same day?
