5 silver day with a big silver in the hole...

Went to 1 old spot and drove around and found 2 new spots. My hunting partner scored 6 silvers and I dug 5.. I love when you see "Big Silver" in the hole...

Mine were: 1936 Walking Liberty half

1924 Mercury dime
1943D Mercury dime

1939D Washington Quarter
1950 Washington Quarter

If you look close, you can see the half dollar behind the small white root, on the right side of the stick.

rickb2202, I was using a Minelab CTX3030.... This is my 2nd year using this machine and I'm finally getting use to it. I also have a Fisher F75,which is also a great machine and very light. I have been detecting 30 years now and I am retired, so, I have time to detect. I live about 100 miles from NYC, which was a huge resort area from the 1930's thru 1960's... everyone wanted to get out of the city and head to the country. Lots of old vacated resorts.
