50 coins a merc and a ring!

I had a great day off from work at the local park.
I found fifty coins including a 1936 mercury dime
it was really fifty two but I gave two away to some
little kids following me around with their mother.
I also found what appears to be a silver ring it has
"925" and (s) or ($) on the inside. I'm gonna go the
middle school down the street from me when the
sun gets a little lower tonight and try some more.
I put the coins through the rock tumbler for an
hour and a half and they came out nice and clean.
I didn't put the mercury dime in the tumbler, do you
guys think it would wear away the image completely.

UPDATE:
I went back out for an hour to the middle school near me
and got some more clad including a 1944 and a 1956 wheat.

Very nice finds ,,,and good tumbler job!! I would not put the merk in the tumbler,,, but hey its yours ,,,, put her in there for just a test !!!!! see what happens, ,,,,not for very long ya know,,, maybe two or three days?
