Hi Jeff, like the Doctor told me last week, "Sir your have severe age related arthritis of the spine!" "You need to exercise or you will loose you're ability to move." I did not bother telling him (yet) that I've back packed for more then 50 years into wilderness country and that I will be going out again this year (as soon as the snow is gone). Or that I am currently exercising riding my bicycle for 8 to 10 miles a day as well as doing floor exercises (crunches, stretches, weights and the like).

The exercise has reached the point where I am starting to feel better as I loose weight and become stronger. A lot of this is in the mind, it tells us we do not want to do this and if we listen to that BS we will simply rust away like an old Model A. I do not believe in allowing myself to have that happen to me, likely it is because I am selfish and want to be back out there having fun. I know that to have fun I must be in shape. Glad you got out my friend I hear ya with all the crappy weather.We get that here in Michigan, plus my honey do list is longer than my Christmas list when I was a kid. Then the 2 Daughters wears me down. Ill tell ya though when winter comes its darker all year round it like someone coming into your living room and dimming your lights and turning the heat down and turning your clock back to make it dark at 5.30 pm. Summer comes and I feel reborn lol This year is going to be a good one for you and me, I see the Diamond ring or gold coin lol Happy Hunting Jeff Tommy
