Wow, thats actually a cool car.........ya know....... for being a chevy. ;D

Very cool! :headbang: :headbang:

Love that paint job... That car wouldn't look 1/2 as good without the new tires and mags....

Beep, love the color and the body reshaping.

Ever wonder why car companies do not reproduce their old classics exactly but use modern efficient engines and brake systems? Maybe go to plastics to bring the weights down. People my age (53) and older would go for such a thing I would think. Every time a custom car like what Beep has posted gets shown we all go crazy. Has to be a market for a stock rebuild like an early Mustang but of modern technology.

I had an early Miata because I once had a British Sprite that was junk. I always thought if someone made a modern 2-seater that was nicely styled and as reliable as modern cars are, they'd sell a million of them. Mazda has now sold several million. We need a remake of the Mustang that works.

Thanks for the photo, Beep.

Cool. They did redo the T-Bird, but I'm not sure how faithful they were to the original.

I remember that and it was not a real copy. Too much streamlining and effort to give it some modern look. Not what we're after.

I know what you mean.

I think we're after the $135,000 to buy the car. :laughing7:

I remember when that car pic first came out about 4 or 5 years ago.

Wish they'd go ahead and do it.
