A couple Indians and a Standing Liberty

Found these in the last couple days at a local park that has been beat to death. The Indians were passed up because they were real shallow and sounded like Zincers. The silver coin gave had a iron null near it, but I was still able to determine it was worth a dig. The vast majority of the silver is gone in this park, same with the wheaties, but everyone passed up the Indians.

Nice,

Yes they leave alot of low signals behind. Start digging some of them out though. You'll be surprized what else may be hidding down there.

Congrats on the SLQ and shallow Injuns.
I wonder how the injuns got so shallow? Gopher action? I know that happens in my areas. I'm always swinging over gopher mounds and finding coins.

Nice pair of IH's. Very sweet. :icon_sunny: SLQ's are always fun to find.

I find it very satisfying to find coins in parks that have been beaten to death.

Re: A couple Indians and a Standing Liberty

Hey Lostlake,
Sweet finds. Too bad the date is missing on the the SLQ, but I would take one any day without a date.
You are tearring it up with that new Minelab of yours. Nice Patina on the Indian and nice coins all in all.

Someday I will have one too, but I will more than likely keep my F75 as a 2nd detector, it has been good to me.

Talk to you soon.
