It's been a while since I got out....It was almost too cold to hunt this am, temps being down in the 60's and all...

So I went back to Gary's house, just to clean up some more trash before he snowbirds himself back here to Ft. Myers.... I was happy to pull 7 more toasted wheats, along with a few bullets and other stuff... The surprise is when I found the little charm, it appears to be art-deco style, and just after that, the cool little smokey Quartz pendant. Neither piece is marked, but Santa brought me a test kit....both silver!!!:headbang:

They both cleaned up really nice, the charm will be going on my wife,s bracelet, and the quartz will go into the case, waiting for another picture in my 2016 finds post! image.jpeg

Thanks for looking!:hello:

You would love it down here... Got a fire going in the fireplace, bundled up, getting ready to watch Downton Abbey, a nice glass of red wine to warm the soul.... It's down to 57' and rain....

Nice little silver recoveries Dave the crystals are a positive energy item they say, so maybe the next outing carry it in the pocket. So 57 and rain sure beats our -27 windchill tonight.

OMG R U kidding me?? Too cold 4 real?? Sure wish I could enjoy another hunt in the 60's. It sure beats bundling up for the frozen tundra up here in the north. One nice thing about the cold though... You can dress for it, Can't say the same for the hot muggy days, you can only strip down so far without getting arrested.

Well this coming weekend, the second weekend of January, the temps will again be in the forties. Absolutely no excuse, not to be swinging a coil.
Congrats on your finds.

very nice! Too cold at 60? Me and my son were out ice fishing yesterday and it was a warm 4 degrees outside! OK, it was cold and I froze but brought home dinner. If it would only get above freezing here.

LD, you must have never been to Ft. Meyers. There are LOTS of people that should be putting clothes back on lol. Something about old people and thongs, ya know? Speaking of that, maybe JG has been there Dave:laughing7:
Good looking finds Dave.

Good finds BWD, glad you are able to get out.

However, 60 is shorts and T-shirt weather for sure. I don't even wear a jacket until it gets to 14 (-10C), and I'm not kidding lol.
