That's what they call "rime ice", It is basically frozen fog. Mount Washington in New Hampshire is noted for the spectacular rime ice that forms on the summit. If you search out .....rime ice........ on-line, you can go to a site that shows beautiful photos from the summit of Mt. Washington.

That puppy is as cute as a bugs ear. Can someone post a pic of a bugs ear so I can see for myself how cute it is?
