Relic Hunting
Today I took my grandson "Little River" out on a hunt with his new birthday present, a new garrett 150. We found some trash, and he found some goodies. He found a Toe tap, a couple of bullets, and casings. You should have seen that look on his face when he found these. He did let me know that he found more good stuff than I did. All I found was a harmonica reed. Just love it. He's my buddy.

It is good to see the youngsters getting into the hobby. I hope he is with you when you find your next Republic of Texas campsite.

he looks very pleased with himself

He was with me on the site that I found all the Texas relics. He did find some musket balls, and some of the bullets. Then he was using my detector, and now he has his own. We will go back to the site again soon.

Awesome hunt,Now that is one to remember.
Treasure the hunt with the ones that you love.
Always good to get the young involved.

I do love my grandkids, all five of them, but if it wasn't for my three daughters I wouldn't have them. I'm blessed. Thanks for the comments.
