A few buttons & a constable badge

The first is a tin I dont know any thing about it an eagle USA I think there is a story behind the fire dept buttons as the town of Portland is a few ours away .My guess is that it has something to with a fire back in the 30s . I even found a Boston Fire Dept badge about 7-8 years ago Sadly I sold it ! I had to give up early as the weather was hot & humid. Vickilynn

The ROA item is a Radio Orphan Annie Speed-O-Matic decoder badge, a premium of Ovaltine drink mix, sponsor of the Radio Orphan Annie kids program, featuring the popular comic strip character Little Orphan Annie.

Looks like a folding button hook to me - for old fashioned shoe buttons.

I think it might be a pocketknife with a gut hook, as shown on this one.
