I got out today and need help IDing
First is the large thing with a ball on the end.
Looks like a handle?
Hollow.

Next is this 2 hole button. It looks like it has a silver wash to it.
Can anyone ID the symbols?

And then this toy tractor. It has No. 51 on the bottom.
Any idea of age and who made it?

Nice finds. The ball thing is a hames top. These went on the top of a horse hames (collar for a draft horse). Hard to date them so could be anywhere from the 1800s to early 1900s.

Thanks worldtalker and BTV, you both nailed this. After googling images, I am so excited to put this in my horse tack display case.

Your toy tractor looks like it is part of a Tootsie Toy. The back half seems to be missing. It looks like it is their "Scraper" model, and that is the part that would have identified it as a Tootsie Toy on the underside.

Good ID Trezurehunter. I think you got this one.

Thanks, I was just judging by the Tootsie Toy cars in my case. The second photo is the one of the tractors that I believe you found, minus the back half.
