My buddy Jim and I hit the field for a couple hours yesterday. Jim made some nice finds and I got two decent points.
Jim found a large blade, a Fernando and another small point. I found a Bolen and a bird point along with two brokes.

Jim called it a "Fernando". That Morrow Mt. Lasted all these years without getting hit by a plow.
There was a 12 year old boy there with his father and that youngun spanked our butts! They left before I could get pictures but he had six or seven good points and several brokes!
I was told the broke bird point was a "Tallahassee". Any idea what the other bird point is?

That's actually called a Hernando I think.

Nice finds. Like Molly said, that is one monster Morrow Mountain.

Congrats and thanks for the picture.

That might be what he called it. I just didn't remember. :icon_scratch: Heck, we found them yesterday! :laughing7: I couldn't even remember the Morrow Mt. until Molly mentioned it.
Any idea what the small bird point is? I was told it was archaic if that is the right term.
