A few promising finds

I hit an spot that used to have an old house. Would have stayed longer but I pulled my back! I think the gold colored piece was the handle of a fancy mirror or something. The iron handle was my first find. What do you think it was attached to? Maybe an old iron? Thanks for looking!

Iron handle is off the bottom of a horse hame. Or at least it is shaped just like.
