It's been a bad year for getting out, still no new permissions too.
Hit a couple old permissions and made a trip to where they hold our local carnival. There's a game at the carnival site where they use quarters. Every year it's a good place for easy battery money. Lol This year $8.65
First trip was messing around at our old Bed and Breakfast site. There I found a couple drops and a fired bullet. Also found a 1902 IH and a older wheat.
My other hunt was a local yard. Found a dozen wheats, a couple tokens, and a tootsie truck. Also an old lock I'm guessing from the railroad. And probably my coolest toy gun a derringer pistol from the 50's.
The one token is pretty crusty but, is a Boy Scout Good Luck token from the early 1900's. The other is marked "Worlds Only Corn Palace, Mitchell South Dakota".
Hopefully as the weather cools down we can get some new permissions and get out more often.
