Hello everyone, 
I was hunting the outskirts of a privately owned private cemetery I had permission for. With my cousin, (Remember its a private area and we had permission, also we did not hunt on top of the graves
) The graves date to mid 1800's. I was hunting the outside border and found what I think is my first "Civil War era Rivet". 
It has leather still on it. 
If anyone knows more about it please tell. Here are some pictures, I hope you enjoy this post.
