A flint blade or creek chatter?

I found a really nice thumb scraper last week, so I decided to return after the rain we have had over the last few days across North Texas. I found this rock a little further down from the area I found the scrapper. It was found in the water along a muddy bank. I am constantly struggling with identifying creek chatter or Native American worked.

What do you all think?
And to put it out there on record to help calibrate myself: I am leaning toward worked, but that may be just wishful thinking.

No doubt worked. That spur sticking out one side would be very useful for a variety of tasks. An expedient pocket knife.

Do you find a lot of that flint in the area as natural cobbles or is it always in that flaked form?
Almost all the flint is in rough chunks. I do find a good amount of chips and possible debitage. I have only found one other piece with similar flaking. I will include a few pictures of it below:

I was told it was worked and was a tool of some kind, but it has been in the water for some time and the creek has beat the piece up pretty bad.

Both of these tools are what I would describe as chunky, and when I first found them I thought they were parts of larger pieces that were broken. I have also found some smaller tools, like a few flake knifes that are minimally worked, and a thumbnail-sized point, and of course the thumb scraper from a previous post. Most of what I find I would consider to be roughly made. Interestingly, through, in another creek nearby with much larger gravel beds, I have not found a single piece of chert or flint or any kind of stone that has been worked or could even be remotely thought to be worked.

I agree with it being Core Debitage. Possibly used as an expedient knife. Seems to have a little edge work.
