Found a pistol ball in wood a lone pistol ball to cuff back the one had the sliver of what is the face can make out the head and a lil of the shield dono what the lil thing is also a bit pice

Thats awesome.. those bullets in wood make the price go up people love buying those for $20 to $50 at shows and stuff. Good stuff man looks like you closer and closer to those CS :D
 

Nice bullet in wood Mark. Hard to find these days. I've found only one. The bit is a "cheek snaffle bit' that goes back to pre CW. HH, Quindy.

Very cool Mark and glad someone actually learns something from our videos. We dig a few in CW sites but more around early 1800 sites. HH, Quindy.

Very nice! Indecently found one too but yours is much nicer and I cut part of the wood away to make the lead visible. Shouldn't have, but makes for a good piece. Even tho its open now I still enjoy. Wtg, it's super neat!

How old are these little things typically? Sorry, I am not trying to take this thread over. Certainly awesome finds!
 

Well kevro being as I pulled mine out of civil war trenches I feel safe saying mine are around 150 years old
