Tried a three old small farming town parks today with varying degrees of success.
I only searched for a total of around 2.5 hours, so I obviously I was only sampling the parks to see if I could find any older coins and then when I didn't find much I moved on to next small town.
Ended up with 19 pennies, 5 dimes, 1 quarter and the silver dragon.
All but the quarter were from the first two parks though I didn't stay long at the third one because for some reason the dirt was rock hard and after 10 shredded pop can parts that rang up as solid coin readings, I decided it wasn't worth the effort.
