The hunt got rained out today, and I got bored, so I ran one of the more interesting looking pieces of iron that I found recently 035.JPG 051.JPG 052.JPG 053.JPG 055.JPG through for a few hrs. I think it cleaned up pretty nice!

Hello,

Very nice restoration! What voltage and current are you running? What is the time of electrolysis?

Regards,

Hello,

Very nice restoration! What voltage and current are you running? What is the time of electrolysis?

Regards,

I used an old cordless phone adapter that is 9volts and 400 mA . I think I ran it for about 4 hrs. When I pulled it out, it still had a pretty good crust on it. When I rinsed it off, the remaining crust just kinda fell off very easy.
