Drove down to my wife's uncle's girlfriend's house in Bowbells North Dakota this morning. Very old house, but slim pickins. Found some clad, a marble, and one lonely wheat.

Then I popped in at a yard I hit with the ATPro a couple years ago. It was a virgin yard the first time I was there, and I must have done a good job the first time because it was slim pickins as well. At least I know that when I detect a place I am thorough. I did manage to find the silver dime, ugly Indian and some old wheats.

No Walkers. Lol ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1442186115.220907.jpg ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1442186149.205283.jpg ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1442186170.962407.jpg

Looks like you had a great day dirt fishing. Any IHP is a great find, you also pulled a sweet silver Rosie. I like to pull a tottosie when I hunt and the pocket watch frame should clean up and make a nice display piece.

Haha yep, it's ugly but technically an IH cent so I'm not complaining.

There's no room to argue the fact about your IH. Nice going on the silver also, anything on the brass tag?

Pepper- I think the brass thing was some sort of embellishment on some kind of woodwork, not sure

Nice silver and at least you got most of an IH. Those Tootsie's and pocket watch frame are nice finds too.

It's been a while since I found a pocket watch frame, was glad to see it. It was deep, and a whopping signal.

Well when you get back from this "real hunt" your current hunts will look pitiful, nothing here will compare to
the oldness of everything over there, you will be RUINED!! lol!!!! so with that, ill take your gear
and a detailed list to all your 18th century homes complete with addresses, and new leads, thank you !

lol!!!!!:laughing7:lol!!!!!!:laughing7:

Thanks, I need all the practice I can get haha! It's going to be hard to sit and not detect all winter, then boom--gone to England. I'll be atrophied, all my detecting muscles and callouses will be weak.

My wife teases me, says I'll need to get into detecting shape like Rocky...with the Eye Of The Tiger playing, doing a mock swing-kneel-dig-stand-repeat routine, furiously karate style slamming my palm into the end of a broom handle to build my digger callous. She has a whole bunch of just really great ideas....LOL
