I wasn't sure where to post this, and this seemed as good a place as any. This past weekend I went to a gun show and discoverd this little jewl.I just can't imagine the story behind this gun. I was found by a farmer while plowing with his mules somewhere in Texas, I believe the old jent told me it was in 1936 or 38. One of the real interesting things about this gun, is that it still had 3 live rounds. Now who would walk around with a half loaded gun and why ?
Thanks for looking

perhaps they only HAD the three rounds. Cartridges used to be very expensive.

It says on the accompanying note that the other rounds were present, but spent. I'm guessing the owner dropped it. Either on purpose, or accidentally. If that old gun could talk, I'm sure it would have some stories to tell!
Awesome find!
