I had to family get together which was a couple of hours away and had more time on my hands than expected so I made an unplanned minie road trip out of it. I stopped at several banks along the route and found some good silver. Most of my finds came from two sealed boxes that I picked up from a bank. Honestly I forgot to count the exact amount of silver found before I put them away. I did take some pics though. 6 90%ers in all One walking liberty from 1945. Numerous 40%ers with one bicentennial. My first of these in a while. I also found a couple of gold plated coins one stamped with that 1960-1985 deal. I will throw those fishes back. I also found a 1974 that is clad but has a completely silver rim which I thought was odd enough to take a picture of. Here you guys and gals go...enjoy the finds.

This trip was actually outside of Hampton Roads. There is still silver out there though. You just have to do the leg work.
