A Show Me Post!! Everybody has Adena's , Lets see em!!

Hey Folks ,

The one point I find the most of here in North Ohio is the Adena and the adena sub types. I know that many of you find them too. Although it is one of the most common of styles it still deserves its credit. Lets all show some love for the mighty ADENA. Post your Adena's , I know you got em'.

Hey!!

Thank you all for your posts in this thread.

Thank you Dorkfish for your lesson on Adenas. I have used it as a generic term too long.

Bent-Twig, you're welcome and thanks for starting this thread. About 95% of what you posted above look like Adena types to me, but I do see one I would classify as a Buck Creek and another that looks more Snook Kill than Adena. But then again, that's just my opinion and we all know what they say about opinions. lol

Well, I did some research & asked a few pros ::) seems my point COULD be an Adena but reworked, OR a Kramer. Its not really important though, however I do like the material Hornstone.

Guys y'all have some beauties. Great Thread Kevin, Thankyou.

Molly. :)

Yeah, that's the type I was trying to think of. It could be a Kramer Point Molly.

Re: A Show Me Post!! Everybody has Adena's , Lets see em!!

Here are a few of my Adenas. Some of the pics have other point types mixed in as they were already in frames. Its been a while since I have posted. Things have been very busy for me lately. The field I hunt has been disced and I am waiting for a little rain. My future son-in-law now has the bug and can't wait to go look for "rocks". Someday I might even have a grandson or granddaughter to take looking for "rocks". Hopefully there will still be plowed fields to hunt!

I look forward to seeing those awesome "fall season finds" from everyone.

Thanks for looking. Good luck!

Brian
