A What Is It Today's Find

Since I won't be able to go out tomorrow as I'm going to Seattle/Everett with my niece to see Duran Duran in concert and we have to leave really early in the morning to go to our hotel and other stuff....So I went out today and found this near the mail boxes for our block.

I have no idea what it is.
