WOW really got my attention when this popped up in my scoop!

Took the Deus to a nice little beach that produced my trime and assorted other silver in the past.

No old coins this trip but I did scoop these 2 rings in the shallower water. The unmarked above costume ring and this very old girls sterling ring.

If only they had a 100% waterproof Deus, I would be all over that!

yep, agree too. Been there and done that, looks so awesome and then reality sinks in. The ole heart goes from racing to dragging. but, when you do finally find the real thing, it is even more special to you

Ohhh, heartbreaker...

If you rig the simple antenna coax and leave the control box in the car, the WS4 backphones can take a dunking and keep on ticking. You can hunt by tone then. Just not an ideal detector for wet salt beach hunting. In that case - Multifrequency or PI.
