That happened once, and out of nowhere really. I suspect it was some form of interference, as I was in my room with the TV and DVD player on. Otherwise, I don't have an explanation. Removing the batteries was the only cure. Worked fine afterwards.

happened to me to and did the same thing and been working fine.
