Yep, you sure are a little feller. Open it with paint and adjust the image size, but you'll lose some quality maybe. I don't know how it downloaded that small, since all my pics download way too big for here and I have to downsize them. Lots of photo aces on here than can help you out though. Welcome to mugshots.
