If the Dominion of Canada opens up their border to the infected masses south of the lower 48, I would suggest that we might start to explore a bit further afield... Nova Scotia, Canada. This may not be the California of the '60s, but our neighbors to the north seem a lot more sensible with regards to small scale mining. Check them out.

They have a few nice videos on youtube.com , search on "nova scotia gold". A different outlook on things.
