Up here Produce Guy you can almost always say 'A couple of weeks ago'. It can snow any month of the year. In 03 it snowed hard enough to cancel the 4th of July fireworks. As a rule though, April is the end of the major activity. It doesn't feel like spring really until about the first of June here in the central part of the state. If all this alleviates the drought and fire danger this year, I'll be happy with it.
