All I have is superfine flat gold, and it was losing way too much while processing concentrates. I changed some things around and now it works great.

I put a 6 inch run of Gold hog motherLode mat at the bottom of the first tray. The top 6 inches is still slick plate, with a 3M 5200 feather edge to transition To the goldhog mat with 5200 edges to keep the mat in place and the gold from getting underneath it.

The second tray starts with Gold hog U R followed by motherLode.

The third and fourth trays have stock Cube conveyor belt material covered by 1/4 inch aluminum raised expanded metal which came from an old satellite dish. They capture a little bit more heavies along with the gold, but the gold does not migrate like the stock configuration.

I dump it in as fast as before and it spits out the Tailings without any gold visible without magnification. Before I was losing lots of visible gold without magnification.

I thought any of you guys With cube problems might want to know.
