Aloha Does anyone know what happened to Dick Shultz at Minelab Service?

Aloha does anyone know what happened to Dick Shultz at Minelab USA? I emailed him at my email came back saying he is no longer working at Minelab. He was a nice person to work with.

I just got off the phone with Minelab and the word is that Minelab will not install aftermarket coils anymore on the Excalibur. They said that Dick Shultz job was cut due to down sizing.

I had read on the Minelab forum that he had either left or was let go. Yes, it's a shame as he was always good to deal with and was a big plus for Minelab service here in the US.

Aloha It is hard to find good people like Dick Shultz. What is Minelab thinking? Customer service is so very important to a company and Minelab is going in the wrong direction.
