Looks almost 100% fake to me. Very suspicious 3 digit "1" in the date.
1914 D Lincoln Cent VF XF Has Some Darkness | eBay

Also, it's more of a higher relief. The teen's coins didn't really have that kind of high relief

What do you think?

I disagree with this as many of the early to mid-teens Cents were very well struck and some even appear to be very similar to the Matte Proof Cents with strong details and very wide and high rims.

The four looks a bit off.

I noticed that as well but believe that the "4" in the Date took some kind of hit (damage). The digit separation appears to be correct for a 1914 Cent, I see nothing that shouts out that the "D" mintmark was added and I have seen other genuine 1914-D Cents with the same mintmark location. I could be wrong but I have a strong feeling the the coin is a genuine 1914-D Cent!

I agree with Frank. The spacing looks correct to me. The coins in that time were struck just as strong as later. We're just used to seeing worn coins from that time. Nice looking coin!
