Been looking for a while now for a slot machine for my man cave. In washington state they need to be either converted to tokens or if they are still coin machines they need to be older than 25yrs old. Stumbled across a 1970's era Ballys nickel slot machine for $300 in perfect working order in excellent condition and it still takes nickels. Person had owned it for over 15 yrs. Also it came with roughly $50 in nickels. So I take all the nickels out and hot dang. Here is what was found.

1939 S
1940 S
1944 P ------- WAR NICKEL SILVER!!!!!
1947
1952 D
1953 D
1954 D ------ MIGHT BE AN S OVER D...... KIND HARD TO SEE BUT THE LOWER PART OF THE S LOOKS LIKE A D
1956

AND A CANADIAN 1989

Not bad for not really hunting this summer. I am hoping to start back up next week. Been a brutal busy summer.
