Angle frame buckle

6/10” of rain last night. The moisture really changes my IDs. I went over a spot that had no signal yesterday. My Simplex went crazy today. Found this buckle at about 6” deep. The tongue still moves freely, but the roller is tightly seized. Thanks for looking.👍🏼
