Why the announcement? Heck you've been here for 6 years and post maybe once every ten days. I look at the amount of time and posts from an individual and someone with as few posts as you would only get a like from me if you start a thread. If you don't participate in other's posts, how can you expect other's to participate in yours? Tnet is a great community and what makes it great is participation from it's members. I am glad there is a core of about 100 to 150 who actively participate almost daily.
