Another Coyote

I waited a few days before checking the camera on the elk carcass. Had 2157 pictures on it. Mostly Turkey vultures, along with a few ravens and magpies..About a hundred of this coyote. Poor picture quality, but at least color in daylight and no glowing eyes.

( The clock on the camera is 12 hours off. )

great pic of coyote. We have plenty of them in North Atlanta suburbs. But they don't look as healthy as the one in the pic. Ours are smaller and kind of skinny. We have lots of deer in Atlanta but I think only the fawns are vulnerable to the coyotes and maybe the older deer that are close to dying.
