Not sure exactly what the Chicago Bank plate thing is or what it's from either. I found it in the same hole as the toy train car, the claim check and porcelain knob. There was a lot of other junk there also. Sure would like to know what the story is behind it though. For a while I had hopes of a safe being found in the area but no luck .... yet.
