they are calling for some snow here tomorrow so I wanted to get it in a little today.I got a early start this morning.The morning started offslow with odds and ends then I started getting into some stuff.The first nice one what the !854 Large cent.As soon as I picked it up I could tell it had some detail left to it,which is a little refreshing considering how they have been coming up for me here lately.The obverse I am gonna leave alone,I kind of like it the way it is.The reverse is kind of corroded with the green stuff,I think it might clean up a little better.That alone made my day.Then I was fortunate enough to walk over the rosette,now I was really smiling!.It looks like a civilian show rosette and depicts a flower motif.Not much lead left in the back and the hooks are gone.I am guessing around the same time period as the 1854 L.C.?.Now I am just hoping the snow turns to rain.HH everyone!

Hey OldDude.Yeah its been a very mild winter here.This little snow we just got didn't add up to anything but it so suppose to drop down to about 17 tonight.From what I heard next month is suppose to be the doozy here.Don't worry O.D. the spring is on its way
