So today I set out with the goal of finding gold and playing around with my Minelab Safari settings a little. I hit a local park that has a good amount of history and decided I would set my Safari to anything between 13-39 on my VDI. As you can see from the pics, I didn't find the gold today but instead a great Silver ring with what loos like a nice diamond. I'll have a jeweler check tomorrow on the ice, hope it's real! Anyway, I thought I'd show how much junk I dug in relation to the goodies I found. Keep in mind the pics don't include all the can slaw or rims of cans I found and then tossed. Dig those pull tabs if for no other reason charity and the kids that can use the pull tabs!!

Happy Hunting!!!
Joe

You sure it's silver and not white gold? With a VDI that low you might want to check it out.

Robrieman, I use a safari and the VDI only goes to 40, I forgot to mention this ring rang up at 37/38 which is a dime tone on my machine. Just wanted to clarify.
