About 25 yrs. ago, I used to talk Gold Prospecting & TH'ing in general w/ an older man I met at Dennys. It turns out he was born in Globe, Az. & his father knew the Dutchman. He told me that the Dutchman got his gold from selling liquor to the Indians and had to come up with a story to explain the gold. Believe it or not!

Sounds more logical than most of what is tossed out there.

If I didn't know that he got some of his gold from a now submerged cavern in Saguaro lake I would be inclined to say... Believe
