Howdy all,
Got out to the woods today. Met up with Detectorfreak, Washingtonian, and Damon64. My day was very productive. With the totals coming to 9 Wa. State tax tokens, a button, a military collar pin, a marble, 2 wheats, and a merc dime. The dates for the wheats are 1945s, and a 1952d. The merc is a 1926s. This is also the second marble to roll out of this site for me. I don't find many marbles and got a bit excited at this one. Everyone found something, and a great time was had by all. Thanks for lookin and luck in the hunt.

Wouldn't be interesting to know how the marble came to be out there ? Nice stuff . :icon_thumright:
This area of woods used to be housing for WW2 workers. Most were shipyard workers, and the rest were munitions workers. The houses were removed over 20 years ago, but the finds are still there.
