I might be way off but my guess is modern(38 special) fired 38 Caliber (358 Diameter) 158 Grain Lead Semi-Wadcutter can you check what caiber it is ? You need a set of Dial Caliper to measure

They sure look like 38 cal semi wad cutter bullets. They are used to punch clean holes in paper targets for target practicing. I have shot thousands.

I have always liked the 148 grain DEWC or HBWC better......you? Like you I have shot thousands of all three
