Fairly new to relic game. Found these in a field near colonial farmhouse. IMG_1200.JPG IMG_1202.JPG IMG_1201.JPG IMG_1199.JPG IMG_1198.JPG

I would say you are doing fine for being new to the hobby! I like the broken seated half dollar, very cool. The steamship badge could have been on luggage, the last piece almost looks like a strap buckle or something. Nice work!

The first picture with the figure 8 on back looks like a Blade Keeper on an old Hand Plane.

Hi Welcome to Tnet. The first and fourth pic's (front and back i assume?) May have been part of a mold.
Too bad that 1/2 dollar is wrecked, but cool find anyway.

That half dollar looks intentionally cut, that line is just way too even and straight. Interesting!

Thanks all. Yeah the half dollar looks like it was cut on purpose. Definitely got me addicted now. Just need to find some more spots to hunt.

What ever you're doing looks like you're doing it right! If the coin is "as dug" You've accomplished something a lot of us haven't! Found both halves! Good job.
