Yes. It's a King George halfpenny.... the "N" you're seeing is the second "N" on the reverse of the coin in the word Britannia. Nice find! :thumbsup: What type of site were you hunting? What kind of signal/depth was the coin at?
 

Thanks evolution that's what I. Was thinking I just was not sure. It was 84-86 on my ATP and around 3 inches.
 

Now that you mention it and can make out the rest of the design. Great find! :icon_thumright:
