Rotate the coin, to where what looks kike the word "cents" is visible, try taking a closer pic (w/ fingers out of the way). It looks vaguely familiar, like foreign silver, Victorian age, and yes Canadian,maybe.. but I don't know off the top of my head. I swear I've seen it before, like in a 600 page foreign coin directory or something like that. cant wait to find out what it is.. I love a good mystery!
