Don’t know for sure but look like a tool you would used to replace the pines on cleats. Cleats meaning shoes you would wear playing golf or soccer.

It would be nice to have some reference regarding size but based on the corner of the cushion it's sitting on, I'm going to guessimate about 3 1/2" tall and 2" wide. Hopefully the OP will post more accurate dimensions.

Hey everyone,
So for size comparison it is about 3/4 the size of my pinky finger. Dimensions are 1 3/4in length and 3/4in width. No markings

Well I missed that by a lot. Tony in SC might have nailed it. It could be a divot tool.
