These cartoonish, whimsical child genre paintings, sometimes referred to as "puffy people" are attributed to an artist with the name “Joyce Roybal”. Sigbatures vary, but here’s a more legible example:
However, it’s recognized that this is an invented name for works mass-produced in China. You will find no biography or other details for the artist, no images of her or anything other than invented hokum. The works have been sold in the hundreds of thousands at art fairs and shopping malls, masquerading as fine art.
