Any MD clubs/organizations in southern PA?

I'm interested in locating any MD clubs/organizations that can provide venues to search in southern PA. I'd also like to know about the rules & regulations regarding permits, etc. on parks, and recreation centers.

Hi Jim...which southern Pa do you mean? I'm in SW Pa.
Got the Butler club and one in Monroeville I believe and I think one in Washington...and NPPF North Pittsburgh Past Finders

Thanks guys for all the replies. I was simply looking for an area to detect somehwhere in the south
central parts of PA. That gets me out of the overly restricted state of md.
