Any thoughts on these?

I'm sure these are just a couple of more crazy rocks I've found, but thought I'd ask you guys and girls to see if you have any thoughts on them. The first one looks a little like some kind of bird and the second one is just strange. Should I throw them in my huge pile of strange looking rocks or are they something that might need to go in a case. Thanks.
