Anybody know where one can buy twist cam locks that would work on detector shafts?

Not sure how they would be applicable to MD shafts...please explain the principle behind the mad idea.

Found any number of locks on Ebay and other sites, many with different configurations.

So I'm scratching my head...:icon_scratch:

Please give more details. Possibly a picture? I have access to a lot of hardware where I work. Knowing what you're asking for would help me determine whether I can help out.

I'm looking for one for the cheapie Harbor Freight MD because the threaded part that is supposed to be on the upper shaft fell off when it all came apart, and it is apparently lost. I'm coming up empty-handed so far. I'm actually thinking of getting a cheap monopod and using that as the shaft. That way it'll have the quick locks and everything.
